Each villa features 2 bedrooms (queen beds) with ceiling fans, cathedral ceilings, front & back porch, private entrance and beautiful island views.  Complete kitchens feature refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, range and essential cooking items.  Have breakfast at home in our spacious dining & living room or dine alfresco on the porch.  Villas offer a full bath (with shower) and all linens.  Prefer packing light?  There is a shared laundry room. 

Spend the day at Friars Bay Beach, the closest beach to the Villas or put some miles on your rental car and explore all 36 beaches that St. Martin has to offer.  Never pass up an opportunity to grab a sail boat to nearby St. Barths or Anguilla or just sail around the island.  At the end of the day come home to your "own" space in a villa, away from the hustle of downtown.

Relax on the back or front porch and enjoy views of the city & countryside.

A little advice.  You're going to the Caribbean...St. Martin, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean!   If you want it, we've got it.  French (of course), Creole, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Spanish, Indian and yes, even American.  I think you get the picture, don't leave your appetite at home.  Don't be afraid to try new foods and even if your not sure how to pronounce it - order the Conch (pronounced conk) Fritters.  Order them everywhere until you find your favorite.  No one cares or will remember how you look in your swimsuit - you will remember the fritters forever.  Order the Acras too.  Eat the fruit.  Eat the seafood - unless your allergic.  There's more advice and great restaurant recommendations.  Book your vacation at the Villas and then we'll tell you about those.
